Hearing Aid Associates does NOT participate with any insurance providers. Payment for hearing aids or other products is required at the time of delivery. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal check or cash.
Many insurance providers, including Medicare, do not pay for hearing aids. We encourage you, however, to check with your provider regarding your individual benefits, as you may have a hearing aid benefit. We apologize, but we are not able to obtain this information for you.
If you do have a hearing aid benefit, you will be responsible for paying Hearing Aid Associates in full, and then submitting a claim to your insurance company for you to be reimbursed directly. Please be sure your insurance provider allows for you to be reimbursed directly. You are responsible for obtaining the claim from your insurance provider, but we are happy to assist you if you have any questions regarding the completion of the form.
